Registration should be completed online through our website. Pre-payment is required to attend the conference; registration is effective after you have received a confirmation email upon the submission of the online registration form. CBORD will send a confirmation within 48 hours after the submission form has been completed and it will include an invoice of the payment.

Cancellation and transfer policies

CBORD honors registration transfers from one individual to another within your organization. Transfers can be made at any time before October 13, 2017. Please contact CBORD at ugc@cbord.com to request a transfer.

Requests for conference cancellations must be submitted in writing to ugc@cbord.com before September 8, 2017. All cancellations are entitled to a refund with a $275.00 processing fee deducted from the balance. Refunds will not be granted to cancellation requests submitted after the September 8, 2017 deadline. No refunds will be given to registered attendees who do not arrive for the conference.

Exceptions to our cancellation policy will only be made in the event of an emergency, such as the death or serious illness of a registrant or their immediate family member. Refunds will be granted if an attendee is unable to participate at the conference due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. CBORD reserves the right to cancel an event at any time and the right to replace/cancel sessions, or make other changes to the agenda, without notice. All information is subject to change.
